Apples, Asters, Arches, and Acadia
Starting the A-Z Challenge a little late.
One of my favorite hobbies is photography. I take a lot of photos — these days it’s easier than ever with the top-notch cameras that exist on our phones. But even before that technology existed, I took tons of photos!
The A to Z challenge is perfect for me, as I love to be organized, love words, and, love photographs. Finding photos for each letter will not be a problem for me. The problem will involve choosing which ones to include in the post.
I first saw the challenge on Joann Ryan’s page and then yesterday, Allisonn Church tagged me in her post on “D’s,” as a writer who might want to participate in the A to Z challenge. She was right! I do want to participate and was grateful for the reminder.
Apples
Apples have always played a large part in my life. I grew up in “apple country” in Western New York where both my husband’s family and my family had apple trees. When we moved to Wisconsin, 23 years ago, one of the first things we did was put in an apple orchard. That was a success so when we moved further out into the country, we did it again!
