Excellent insights and spot on. My husband retired early from medicine in part because of all this RVU billing. He was called in the carpet for not billing or testing enough by his institution - a major player in US healthcare.

I left the system 24 years ago - was a nationally certified PNP. We both see these problems the doc brought to light in this interview.
