I do write poetry, and just published my own chapbook of poems this spring. Mostly, I post it on WordPress that has its own formatting issues. But, I have started to post it here on Medium. I am in total agreement with you about the spacing. I also agree that while it takes a little more time to adjust the formatting, it is worth it. Thanks for suggestingn poets on Medium do this!
