I love cacti so to see one in bloom was thrilling. We missed the prickley pear blooming by about a week. They were all ready to pop. The adobe takes some getting used to. And unfortunately, the old Westerns probably didn't do it's reputation any favors. But, it's been around for centuries and is energy efficient. Thanks for yor comments, Adrienne!
