I'm not a cool aunt and neither is my sister but we do experience Aunt influence from my sister in law- who could be conceived as a cool aunt by our kids. From the other side of the fence, yes, some times it's hard to keep your kids from their influence....especially with limit setting when they're little. I admire your conviction to be yourself, though.
