Interesting! I find the smiling not to be true in certain parts of the US. Also, running to Target has also fallen out of vogue for me. I haven’t been in one for months and don’t really miss it. After our local store reorganized I became frustrated and went less frequently, which led to not going at all. You made some great comparisons however! Looking forward to more!
