On Monday we’ll be headed to Acadia National Park. You can expect some more travel posts about that in the near future. But, we’re always looking ahead to the next adventure. It’s wise to take this approach in my opinion. We can look ahead without the pressure of making a quick decision. It lets us learn about the places we are considering if we haven't been before, consider the cost, and the timing of the trip. I enjoy planning trips.

Last year we made a National Park Trip to the American Southwest. Arches, Grand Canyon, Saguaro, and Petrified Forest were all visited and enjoyed. We also hit the Sedona Arizona area for hiking as well. It was a great trip, one that we’re still talking about.

In 2020, we visited Santa Fe New Mexico, and drove to White Sands National Park. Lately, we’ve been talking about revisiting Santa Fe and traveling the Turquoise Trail to Taos, something a little different than our last foray there. We loved the vibe in Santa Fe. It was artsy and could be rustic or refined depending on your choice for the day. The food was also very delicious no matter where we stayed. The Moab diner was a favorite as was Dellepiane
