Thank you, Roz. I agree. I’m not as a successful or prolific writer as you, nor do I have your longevity on Medium. But I have blogged for 7 total years. I write authentic, well researched articles that I think are enjoyed by my relatively small group of followers. I’ve written three articles in the last three days that have views and a high read ratio but have not earned a red cent. It is so discouraging. And one of my articles in December has not earned anything because Medium said it was published before elsewhere. That is just not true. It’s very discouraging. I’d like Medium to be more transparent with how they are deciding who to pay what.
