Thanks. I just felt the pastor was missing the big picture and that was the baptism of a new life. We eneded up taking our youngest all the way back to the parish in Buffalo NY where our middle son was baptized and where my sister and I had joined. It worked out and I stuck it out long enough to get all three of my boys through confirmation classes. But, two never finished the process. In hindsight, I'm okay with it. Organized religion is a mess, IMO.
