This could be Brad. You are more generous than I. I also think that as far as TSA goes, standardization of requirements - such as whether to take your shoes off or computer out - would be helpful. It is hard to know what to do - even with frequent travel. I like to be prepared so I am ready to do anything they ask but still, the changing "rule" or requirements can be challenging.
