This is so very true of a lot of things in life now. It's because everyone has to jump on the bandwagon and then spout off like they're an expert. I've seen in in monarch conservation - something I've done for 20 years but now everyone is an expert on monarch butterflies, even though they cannot correctly identify the larva! And, don't even get me going on putting in the time. I've blogged daily for 5 years on my WordPress blog. FIVE years! And, it's all there - over 1800 posts! I write daily because it's part of who I am and my writing is better because of it. Now, I'm avoiding those who think they are experts because they've done it for a month or even two or three.
