You make a lot of great points here, JoAnn. However, that said, I am one of those who writes every day. I have since 2017. I also post to my WordPress blog two three times a week now. I do take a day off here and there but in general I like the schedule and continuity the writing provides me by doing it every day. Thanks for the article though - it does give me something to think about.
